Communities We Serve

New Kent County

Our home base. We inspect throughout Providence Forge, Quinton, Lanexa, Barhamsville, and the New Kent courthouse area — from newer construction in growing communities to older rural homes on crawlspace foundations, where hands-on structural evaluation matters most.

West Point & King William

Riverside properties in West Point and surrounding King William County bring their own considerations — moisture, drainage, and older foundations among them. Moisture meter readings are part of every inspection.

Charles City County

Rural Route 5 corridor properties, historic homes, and manufactured housing are all common here. For manufactured homes, we provide lender-required HUD foundation certifications with PE review through BSG.

Greater Richmond

Eastern Henrico, Sandston, Mechanicsville, and the Richmond metro out to Midlothian. If you’re a first-time buyer, you’re welcome to attend and ask questions, and the report is written in plain language.

Williamsburg & the Peninsula

Williamsburg, Toano, Norge, and James City County, extending toward Hampton. Drone roof evaluation is included on every standard inspection — useful on the steep and complex rooflines common in newer Peninsula construction.

Edge of the Radius

North toward Tappahannock, south toward Windsor. If your property sits near the edge of the map, run it through the instant quote — travel is calculated automatically — or email us to confirm coverage.

Rural and Suburban Properties Are Our Specialty

Crawlspace foundations, well and septic sites, manufactured homes, long gravel driveways — the property types common between Richmond and Williamsburg are the ones we know best. See what we find in them on our Field Findings page.
